State Bank of Bird Island Acquired by Frandsen Financial

On December 15th, 2010, Frandsen Financial Corporation acquired Island Financial Corporation and it's sole subsidiary, the State Bank of Bird Island.  The State Bank of Bird Island has total assets of $40 million.
