Frandsen Financial Corporation, a Star Tribune Top Workplace five consecutive years, is seeking an experienced Content Marketer to join its growing creative/marketing team, based in Arden Hills, MN. As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall content strategy based on specific goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively, with individuals and teams throughout the organization to create high-quality content that engages customers and drives business success.

Desired Skills

  • Oversee content marketing initiatives across all channels to drive traffic, engagement and leads
  • Regularly research and write high-quality, engaging content for print and digital (articles/blog, case studies, ad copy, FAQs, social posts, press releases, radio/TV scripts, emails, and more)
  • Edit, proofread, and publish content regularly
  • Improve and optimize existing content while considering SEO impacts
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to further develop and enhance the company brand, visual identity and voice

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism or similar field or equivalent working experience
