Job description

The Human Resources and Development Manager is responsible for planning, facilitation, and management of the human resource and development areas and activities of the organization to maximize the skill and potential of employees. Working closely with the Director of HRD and the General Manager to continuously enhance our culture and improve processes. This is an on-site position with that includes management of the HRD team.

Experience:

  • Requires a (4) year degree and 10-15 years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of experience using an HRIS system (UKG preferred)
  • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR certifications are preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • On-the-job training may be required
