This position works in a team environment to provide support to our residential mortgage originators. The mortgage processor/closer will be responsible for a wide variety of the mortgage loan process, including but not limited to; reviewing new loan submissions and applications from the loan originator, generating early disclosures packages within regulatory timeframes, ordering appraisals, ordering title work, generating early closing disclosures, and generating closing packages to the settlement agent timely. The mortgage processor/closer will actively participate in all team meetings and be involved with new lender training.

Preferred Experience

  • Prefer one to two years’ experience in mortgage processing/closing or a related field in banking
