Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a Loan Operations Manager for our Loan Operations Center for Commercial/Agriculture lending in Baxter, MN office.  This position ensures that accurate and complete commercial/ag loan document packages are provided to the lenders in a professional and timely manner.    

Required Experience

  • Five or more years in the lending supervisory or management function.
  • Five or more years in the lending function assisting lenders in commercial and agricultural loans, lines of credit, etc.

Skills

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a limited amount of time.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of various software programs used for closing.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
