Job description

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banker for the Vadnais Heights, MN location and surrounding area. This position is responsible for supporting the lending staff to prospecting and developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships, and cross-selling our wide range of financial services.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in lending
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills
